This is such a beautiful song, I love it, and then I foung this perfect maniped picture online (most of the maniped are NOT mine, not sure who they belong to, if it is yours, let me know and I’ll be sure to credit you! Anyways, storyline is that Mac and Stella just met at a crime scene, and aren’t sure of each other. Then they start to bond and go out for coffee to get to know each other better. Then, they start dating, holding hands and such, and then Mac asks Stella to marry him. She says yes, and then bad things start to happen. Stella finds out she might be HIV positive, and then Mac gets kidnapped. They find their way back to each other, and then get married and go on their honeymoon. 
They go back to work together, and then Stella finds out she’s pregnant. She tries to tell Mac several times, but work always gets in the way. She finally shows him a picture of their baby in her stomach, and Mac is extremely happy. Stella goes into labor and Adam brings her to the hospital. Mac kinda feels bad that he wasn’t there for Stella, but then she gives birth to a beautiful baby girl, and the last picture is the best of them all!!!!
